This policy covers the website mandavotech.com. Our game Astra Globula has its own privacy policy at astraglobula.com/privacy. GDPR = EU General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Controller

We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are currently not legally required to do so. For privacy questions, please contact the address above directly.

2. What this website does

This is a plain information page about our studio. It has no user accounts, no forms, no comments and no shop. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no scripts and embeds no analytics, advertising, social media or external fonts. All files, including the font, are delivered from our own server.

3. Visiting the website

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that is needed to deliver it: IP address, date and time, the requested address, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and the browser type. Our server writes these into access logs, which we use for security and error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation of the website). The logs are deleted after 14 days, or kept longer only where a security incident needs to be investigated.

4. Hosting

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in the EU. Hetzner processes data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Cloudflare

Requests to this website pass through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which protects the server against attacks and delivers the pages quickly. Cloudflare processes the technical data listed in section 3, in particular your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (security and availability). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, we rely on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses as part of Cloudflare’s data processing agreement.

6. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering enquiries). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please send requests to hello@mandavotech.com.

8. No automated decision-making

We make no automated decisions with legal effect within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
